- If you have Blue Cross and Blue Shield PPO /Choice or UHC plan you will receive the maximum benefit for almost all services in our office. Your copay, deductible and/or co-insurance may apply to services. We recommend that you reach out to your insurance company prior to scheduling. We can also check benefits for you. - If you have an out of network insurance carrier, you may be able to get some or all of your sessions covered through reimbursement. To find out if you have out of network benefits: Call the number on the back of your insurance card for member services. Ask about out of network coverage for outpatient mental health. You’ll want to know what percentage of services are covered, if you have to meet a dedcuctible first and where you should send superbills (fax, email or P.O. Box).
